The hotel had a very central position close enough to both Oulton Broad railway stations and restaurants and bars. Fast food restaurant Mermaid was located 5 minutes walk away.

I liked staff and food here. The rooms with great views and a nice view plus a terrace. A good choice of goodies for breakfast.

Pretty standard, neat hotel with favourable location. The room was very nicely furnished, had a magnificent view. There was an adjoining bar with plenty of different food, such as tapas and salads.

had an enjoyable stay, nothing too much trouble. the standard double room we were given had air conditioner and coffee-making facilities. on the whole fab food; the old dairy was in the vicinity.

It is near to a boat dock, that's good. Our favourite hotel in Lowestoft, staff was great! 400 metres away there is Canteen and Bar, where you can dine. We appreciated staying at wherry.
